Musashi Bansho (Japan)

Musashi is a professional coach certified by the Foundation of Global Life Learning Center and holds a Master in Information Science. Musashi specializes in the analysis of the effects of coaching as well as its mechanism. He has developed an effectiveness measurement method for ‘systemic coaching’ which impacts entire organizations. He has presented his research studies at the Academy of Management and ICF Coaching Science Community of Practice. Musashi also provides lectures at several business schools in Japan and is also a co-author of “The Basics of Coaching”.

Adrian G. Tsukamoto (Japan)

Adrian is an executive coach who works with global leaders who are transitioning to become global executives and achieve their goals by systemically leading their leaders. In addition, he has extensive experience in working with executives who are working overseas and are faced with the challenge of organizational change management which requires the support of their local stakeholders. Adrian’s personal and professional mission is to develop local leaders who can represent and articulate their perspectives globally.
